Late Arrivals

Your appointment time has been specially saved just for you. If you cant make it on time, please notify us as soon as you can. If you are late for your appointment, your service will be modified to fit in the scheduled time frame. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Something has come up and you need to reschedule/cancel? Not to worry! As long as you notify us 48 hours in advance, you can reschedule/cancel without losing your deposit.
